SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains the procedures and terms applicable to the preparation, shipment and delivery of orders placed through our online store.

ORDER PROCESSING

Your order will be prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier after your payment has been successfully confirmed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed, the delivery period for the sale of goods shall not exceed 30 days from the date the order is received by us, in accordance with applicable Turkish legislation governing distance contracts.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, public holidays, shipping volume and the delivery address.

When your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, tracking information may be provided to you where available.

SHIPPING FEES

Applicable shipping fees, if any, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

If free shipping is offered as part of a promotion, the applicable promotional terms will apply.

Additional delivery or shipping fees that were not disclosed before the purchase and for which the consumer's express consent was not obtained may not be charged to the consumer.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may contact you regarding the delivery or a possible re-delivery.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, a tracking number may be provided to you where available.

You may use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment through the relevant shipping carrier's system.

We are not responsible for technical problems in the shipping carrier's tracking system or delays in updating tracking information to the extent that such matters are the responsibility of the relevant shipping carrier.

DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS UPON DELIVERY

We recommend checking the external condition of your package when you receive your order.

If the package appears to be opened, torn, crushed or significantly damaged, we recommend informing the shipping carrier at the time of delivery and, where possible, requesting that a damage report be prepared.

However, failure to prepare a damage report at the time of delivery does not eliminate or restrict any statutory consumer rights you may have regarding defective goods or other consumer claims.

LOSS AND DAMAGE LIABILITY

Until the product is delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, we are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in accordance with the applicable Turkish legislation governing consumer transactions and distance contracts.

If you specifically request that the product be shipped using a carrier other than the carrier designated by us, our responsibility for loss or damage after the product has been handed over to that carrier may be excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

DELIVERY DELAYS

If your order is not delivered within the promised delivery period, your statutory rights under applicable Turkish law remain unaffected.

For sales of goods, if the maximum delivery period prescribed by law is exceeded, the consumer may have the right to terminate the contract in accordance with applicable legislation.

If the contract is terminated, payments received from the consumer, including applicable delivery costs, will be refunded within the period prescribed by law.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

If delivery of the ordered product becomes impossible for any reason, we will inform the consumer in accordance with applicable legislation.

Where delivery becomes impossible, any payments received, including applicable delivery costs, will be refunded within the period prescribed by law.

Temporary unavailability of a product does not, by itself, necessarily mean that delivery has become legally impossible.

FORCE MAJEURE AND DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, floods, war, governmental measures, epidemics, serious transportation disruptions, major shipping or logistics disruptions and other similar events.

In such circumstances, while continuing to comply with our obligations under applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to minimize the effects of the delay and deliver your order as soon as reasonably possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Unless expressly stated otherwise, this Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to deliveries within Türkiye.

If we offer international shipping, customs duties, import taxes, fees or other official charges may be payable by the recipient where applicable.

International delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, import requirements and the laws and regulations of the destination country.

Whether international shipping is available and any applicable conditions will be stated during the ordering process.
