REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At SD Butik & Aksesuar, we respect the rights of consumers under the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Türkiye, including Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer purchasing a product through our online store under a distance contract, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable Turkish law.

For purchases of goods, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal at any time between the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within the applicable withdrawal period.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for returning the product to us within the period prescribed by applicable Turkish law.

The product should be returned in accordance with its normal use, technical characteristics and instructions for use.

You may be responsible for any changes or deterioration in the product that result from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, as permitted under applicable law.

Where applicable, products should be returned together with their accessories, documentation and other items originally supplied with the product.

The exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal cannot be made conditional on the product being completely unused or unopened where such a condition would unlawfully restrict your rights under Turkish consumer legislation.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include your order number and, where possible, the name of the product you wish to return.

We will provide you with the necessary instructions regarding the return process and the address to which the product should be sent.

Please do not send a product back without first contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your return.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with the applicable Turkish legislation and the information provided to you before the purchase.

Where the applicable legislation requires the seller to bear the return shipping costs, you will not be charged for those costs.

If a specific carrier has been designated in the pre-contractual information for returns, the applicable rules regarding that carrier and return costs will apply.

If no carrier has been designated in the required pre-contractual information, the consumer cannot be charged a return shipping fee.

If the designated carrier does not have a branch in the consumer's location, the seller is responsible for arranging collection of the product from the consumer without charging additional costs, as required by applicable law.

If the product is defective or does not comply with the applicable contractual requirements, you will not be responsible for the costs of returning the product where required by law.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it where necessary and process the refund in accordance with applicable Turkish law.

When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, we will refund the payments received from you, including the applicable delivery costs, within the legally prescribed period.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you and permitted by applicable law.

The refund will be made without imposing any additional costs or obligations on you.

Where the order was delivered using a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery method offered by us, the additional cost may be excluded from the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For orders paid by credit card, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable banking and payment regulations.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If you receive a defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the product is defective or otherwise constitutes a defective product under applicable Turkish consumer legislation, you may have statutory rights, including, depending on the circumstances:

• Repair of the product free of charge;

• Replacement of the product with a defect-free equivalent;

• A reduction in the purchase price; or

• Withdrawal from the contract.

Your statutory rights concerning defective products are not limited by this Return Policy.

PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products and contracts where an exception is provided by applicable Turkish law.

Depending on the nature of the product or service, these exceptions may include, among others:

• Products prepared according to the consumer's specific requests or personal needs;

• Products that are prepared specifically for the consumer or clearly personalized;

• Goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or expire quickly;

• Products that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons where their protective packaging, seal or similar protective elements have been opened after delivery;

• Goods whose protective elements, such as packaging, tape, seal or package, have been opened after delivery where the applicable legislation excludes the right of withdrawal;

• Digital content delivered electronically where the applicable legal conditions for the exclusion of the withdrawal right are met;

• Services that have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal will be lost upon full performance; and

• Other products or services expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable Turkish legislation.

If you are unsure whether a particular product is eligible for return, please contact us before returning the product.

SALE ITEMS AND DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Discounted or sale products are not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Unless a specific legal exception applies, consumers retain their statutory rights even when purchasing a discounted product.

Any promotional or commercial return conditions we provide will not restrict mandatory consumer rights under Turkish law.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards and similar products may be subject to specific terms depending on their nature and applicable legislation.

An exchange may be handled as a return followed by a new purchase, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the transaction.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under Turkish consumer legislation.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS BEFORE DELIVERY

You may exercise your right of withdrawal from a distance contract before the product is delivered, where permitted under applicable Turkish law.

If you cancel your order before delivery, we will process the refund in accordance with the legally applicable refund period and procedure.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the seller must refund the relevant payments within the period prescribed by applicable Turkish legislation.

For returned goods, the applicable refund period is generally 14 days from the date on which the product is delivered to the carrier designated for the return, subject to the conditions established by law.

If the product is returned using a carrier other than the carrier designated in the pre-contractual information, the applicable period may begin when the product reaches us, in accordance with applicable law.

The refund will be made using the payment method used for the original purchase and without additional costs to the consumer, subject to the mandatory provisions of Turkish law.

Bank and payment-provider processing times may affect when the refunded amount becomes visible in your account.

This Return and Refund Policy is intended to be applied together with the applicable Turkish consumer protection legislation. Where a mandatory provision of Turkish law provides a consumer with a greater or different right, the mandatory legal provision shall prevail.
